Small Group Lessons

For Grades K-6: Our focus is on fostering a love for the game, having fun, and developing fundamental skills to prepare for game-level play.

For Grades 7-12: Our sessions are more advanced, emphasizing game-like intensity and the skills needed to play at the middle-high school level.

• Group lessons are typically 1 to 1.5 hours long

1:1 Lessons

Our one-on-one field hockey lessons provide personalized coaching for individual players. Each session offers one-on-one attention, with lessons tailored to meet the player's unique needs and goals.
